Everybody hates Burpees, except me, I love them, I'm not crazy, I just know how good they are.

The Burpee is a full body strength exercise. With each rep you'll work your arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings and abs. How awesome is that!! Burpees are really hard because not only are they a cardio exercise they also incorporates power movements.

So, the next time you are training with me, in the zone, or on your own, embrace the amazing force of the burpee and enjoy them.
