I came to Ellen's training after dealing with a variety of injuries that eventually led to surgery.  Two years prior to the injuries I used to be able to run 10km or take on a 900km mountain bike challenge without considering it a workout.  My fitness levels were nil and over 6 months Ellen helped me rebuild core strength, build specific muscles and most amazingly helped me get over a fear of water.
