Buddy Training, is it effective?

The obvious quick answer is absolutely!!

Training with a buddy is a really effective way of keeping you going with your training.

Especially as we are heading into the winter months, it's easy to blow off training sessions when it's dark and cold. If you arranged to meet your buddy, you are less likely to pike out of your training session.

It doesn't matter what you're doing, gym session, outdoor run, whatever it is, training with a buddy also makes it more fun. Even with a personal trainer, buddy training makes it more fun.
